Webmaster’s Conference in Paris

There is a webmaster conference in Paris next month and the top SEO companies and SEO gurus will be visiting be addressing and participating in the conference. There will be discussion, debate and competitions too in that conference. The conference is going to held for 3 consecutive days.
I got the invitation too and I am thinking of attending that conference. I also want to sponsor some of the contests in regards to my Dirkut blog. 
I am excited as this will be my first foreign tou.
I never visited Europe and so not Paris too. My friend showed me a Guide to Paris tour and some of the Lounges in Paris. But still I am not able to get appropriate guidance regarding hotel booking, car hire and other services. Sad that the conference sponsorers are not providing this facilities.
